B.Sc. ZBC:

B Sc. with Zoology, Botany , Chemistry is a basic degree which has animal science, plant science and chemistry in its core.It will provide you a versatile career. Do not hesitate t.o go for it. After B Sc. you can go for MSc. Thereafter you can qualify UGC-NET and join scientific community or teaching group as per your interest. If you are not interested in teaching line go for other area like MBA.

2. Professional B. Sc Courses which covers professional job oriented courses like:

B.Sc. Biotechnology:

This course is multidisciplinary science based on practical approach which aims of providing something beneficial to the society by utilising technology on biological organisms.Bio-technologists can work with pharmaceutical, chemical, agriculture industries. The students in India may find work in universities, research institutes or at private centres as research scientists/assistants or ambitious students can pursue research abroad by availing lucrative scholarships.

B.Sc Homescience:

The opportunities for employment are growing, you can take up jobs in the production industry, tourism, service industry or healthcare as well. In addition, you can work as a nutrition consultant or a research analyst. Most opportunities lie in the non-governmental organisations for graduates. Teaching is another lucrative option available.
