So first and foremost thing you can do to come out of your stress is - To Feel Calm and forget everything. Means forget everything which you have to perform and feel relax.. Because life gives you challenges for becoming bold and more strong. So Take a break, feel calm, visit some good place, listen some songs or do what makes you feel good. 

2. Take a Calm View on Things to Perform - 
                                                                        Once you feel good, Come back and take a very calm view on things or task you have to perform but don't get worried. Try your level best to prepare a list of task according to the time you need to complete them and try avoiding the meanwhile coming task until you complete pending work. 

3. Devote Yourself, Do it One by One, Feel Good -  
                                                                                   Once you are done preparing your checklist. Put yourself to make it happen completely.. Consider the task from the list one by one and complete them.. Feel Good completing each...
